Gerald Olesker
Chief Executive Officer / Founder
Gerald applies his background in Architecture and over 18 years of experience as a Designer and Project Manager. Before founding adg inc. Gerald was the Senior Designer for Lantern Masters. He started his career in Architecture at Galper Baldon Associates after earning his Bachelors of Architecture from the California Polytechnic State University in Pomona.
Gerald believes that all buildings, no matter the size or location, deserve attention to the architectural details, form lighting to landscape, and from the outside in.
He founded Architectural Detail Group Inc. to provide custom design and complete fulfillment of these details with the highest level of service.
Gerald currently serves on the Board of Directors for Cabrillo Music Theater, FJMC-TEC, Education Committee for the Institute of Classical Architecture Southern California Chapter and Moderator for EO Forum.
Joey Gennaro
Production Manager /
Design Engineer
Joey was born in Pennsylvania, raised in Los Angeles. He holds a degree in Industrial Design from California State University Northridge.
He brings a sophisticated and fresh perspective to ADG overlooking Production and CAD design.


Carrie Olesker
Vice President / Financial Affairs
Carrie is a native of Los Angeles with a Degree in Early Childhood Education and years of accounting experience. She is deeply involved with the MS Society and is the ADG Team Captain for the MS Walk.
Her duties include day to day office management.



Mark Lasky

Mark Lasky has been an integral part of the lighting community working with ECO efficient illumination for many years. He brings enthusiasm and a level of professional aptitude to the client and team.


Lara Jacobs
Lighting Consultant
Lara holds a Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Design Institute of San Diego and has been working in the design community for 10+ years. Her experiences working with celebrity homes, builders and developers from San Diego to Santa Barbara makes here a definite asset to any team. Lara posses a keen eye for placement of lighting, color and aesthetics. She has collaborated with Gerald Olesker with several of his companies over the years.

Melanie Faith
Lighting Consultant
Melanie Faith is a spiritual minded individual that cares about the environment and people. She loves English Arts and Crafts lighting and architecture. Originally from New York, a business owner and young entrepreneur, she now resides in Santa Monica. Melanie is ready to guide clients with decorative and Eco lighting needs.

Sherylynn Berg
Lighting Consultant
Sherylynn Berg holds an Interior Design – A. A. degree from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Since the early inception of her career she has worked in showrooms, coordinated design projects with interior designers and walked clients through the step by step process of procuring the needed elements for their projects.

Tim Pickering

Tim as an independent consultant and involved in the Construction and Eco Industry is that of passion and awareness, He has partnered in construction companies and actively seeks to make people aware of the impacts of consumption. Tim is very spiritual and enjoys seeing people succeed.


Brian Wetherell
Energy Efficiency Liaison
Brian as an independent consultant seeks to create strong relationships between those that need to reduce energy and the bottom line. He has 20 years experience in the construction industry and is always concerned about the client and teams needs.


Lori Brown
Public Relations
Lori brings her six years experience in broadcast news to the public relations world. She grew up in Valencia, CA and now calls San Diego home. Lori has reported live for Time Warner So-Cal News in Palmdale, CA, KKCO-TV in Grand Junction, CO and you may have seen her on CNN Headline News. Dealing with the public is her passion and she looks forward to promoting eco-friendly lighting with L.A.’s expert on the matter, Architectural Detail Group Inc.

Born and raised in Northern Mexico and with a BA in International Relations, Brenda joins adg after 8 years in the fast paced world of corporate marketing for several of the worlds biggest conglomerates. As an Interior Design "aficionado" Brenda looks forward to creating new and interesting online venues and learning more about design and architecture.
