ADG staff accepts their responsibilities to take part in helping nonprofit organizations. There are a number of different charities to which Architectural Detail Group, and its staff donate their resources and time.

How we take action

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is one of our favorites. The Vice President and CFO of ADG took part in the MS walk on April 9th helping to raise awareness and funds for research. Our top project manager is involved with St. Judes and their charity events. The CEO of Architectural Detail Group, Gerald Olesker, serves on the board of Cabrillo Music Theatre and several other groups. Cabrillo is a nonprofit organization that dedicates itself to enriching Ventura County through performing arts art, while fostering opportunities to enrich the lives of underprivileged school children. It is the resident musical theatre company of the Countywide Performing Arts Center at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.

Who we are

concept

Our staff has a responsibility to be efficient in our customer service. Each individual has a valuable asset to bring to the table. Please always take an opportunity to meet our team!

Our top project manager Luis Scott, with 18+ years of lighting experience, is a knowledgeable resource for both our customers and staff. With oversight from our CEO, project managers help facilitate the creative process with the customer, and give life to the concept as it flourishes. At this time Joey, part of our production department, will create full-scale drawings and plans necessary to bring the ideas to completion.

Joey Gennero spearheads the production of a customer’s vision. His experience includes working for several design-oriented companies, with an emphasis in industrial design. Joey’s has previously worked with our CEO under a different company brand where he was given the opportunity to extend his knowledge of the lighting world. Joey is able to take the concepts and visualize the process through its completion

Mac Shamieh manages ADG’s production facility. He oversees much of the custom fabrications, and spends his days supervising the shop. Mac also works hard in the field to satisfy the clients’ needs during the continued life of a project. ADG offers a maintenance service, which is especially valuable to clients seeking additional maintenance services such as relamping, cleaning fixtures and overall preventative maintenance. Mac is often busy following up on clients whose projects have been concluded to make sure that satisfaction was at its fullest.

Carrie Olesker is Vice President of ADG. She facilitates and oversees the internal functions of ADG. Her priorities consist of family, community, and insuring satisfaction among our contracted services. She is dedicated to the success of ADG.

Gerald Olesker, CEO and founder, provides guidance and creative vision with over 20 years of experience in the architectural community. It is his dream and vision to create the greatest products for a clientele that deserves incredible value and service. He is assisted by Erica Spencer whose responsibilities include coordinating Gerald’s calendar, helping to process information, and acting as Editor of ADG Inc.’s PR materials.

These are the team leaders of Architectural Detail Group. We look forward to providing service for you as an individual in the same way that we enjoy giving back to our community. People and quality relationships make us enjoy and thrive in our daily responsibilities. Though a customer-centered environment, our goal is to give you a fun and effective design experience from concept through completion. ADG makes it a point to apply every effort necessary so that you enjoy the process.
